JK Executive Strategies, LLC has partnered exclusively with a leading litigation support services company in its search for a Chief Executive Officer. This individual will lead the company’s strategic direction, foster a high-performance culture, and drive sustainable growth in partnership with the Board of Directors. This is a highly visible, front-facing role, serving as the organization’s primary ambassador to clients, partners, investors, and the broader community.

Our client is a national provider of business-critical services to law firms and corporate legal teams, offering deep expertise in eDiscovery, digital forensics, document solutions, cybersecurity, and litigation support. With a team of over 200 professionals working both remotely and across local offices, the company combines cutting-edge technology, security, and a client-first mindset to deliver responsive, strategic support when and where it matters most.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s long-term vision, strategy, and growth agenda in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
• Lead a high-performing senior leadership team, fostering alignment, accountability, and professional growth.
• Champion the organization’s values and culture, ensuring they remain central to all strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive financial performance and operational efficiency, overseeing budgets, key performance indicators, and risk management.
• Serve as the primary representative to key stakeholders, including investors, partners, clients, and the broader community.
• Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities, including partnerships and acquisitions.
• Lead annual, quarterly, and weekly leadership meetings to ensure organizational alignment and execution of key initiatives.
• Inspire innovation, decisive action, and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in senior executive leadership, ideally as CEO or equivalent.
• Experience in legal services or a related professional services industry required.
• Demonstrated ability to scale organizations through strategic planning, operational execution, and cultural stewardship.
• Exceptional communication, vision-setting, and leadership skills.

Salary Range

• $260K - $280K
