Job description

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead a rapidly growing infrastructure platform through its next phase of development, transforming it into a publicly listed, multi-gigawatt infrastructure company. The CEO will define corporate strategy, build a high-performing executive leadership team, and serve as the company's primary representative to investors, hyperscalers, regulators, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders.

Lead the transformation of an ambitious infrastructure platform at the intersection of energy, AI, and digital infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to shape corporate strategy, secure hyperscale partnerships, drive multi-billion-dollar capital formation, and build a market-leading organization with substantial long-term equity potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Strategy & Execution: Define and execute the company's overall strategy across power generation, computing infrastructure, cooling, and related business segments.
  • IPO & Public Company Leadership: Lead the company through an initial public offering (IPO) and oversee public-company governance, board relations, SEC reporting, investor relations, and ongoing market obligations.
  • Commercial Growth & Partnerships: Secure anchor hyperscaler and enterprise customers while developing strategic, commercial, and government partnerships to support long-term growth.
  • Capital Formation & Financial Strategy: Oversee equity fundraising, project finance, and structured debt transactions to fund multi-billion-dollar infrastructure development.
  • Regulatory & Permitting: Guide licensing, permitting, and regulatory engagement with federal, state, and local authorities, including the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), where applicable.
  • Executive Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing C-suite team while establishing a culture of execution, safety, accountability, and integrity.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee strategic execution across energy, compute, and cooling infrastructure, ensuring disciplined development, risk management, and long-term scalability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build credibility with boards of directors, institutional investors, hyperscalers, government agencies, regulators, and strategic partners.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of senior executive leadership experience, including CEO, President, or business-unit P&L leadership roles in energy, data centers, digital infrastructure, or large-scale industrial projects.
  • Demonstrated experience taking a company public through an IPO or leading a publicly traded organization.
  • Established relationships with hyperscalers, infrastructure investors, institutional investors, and capital-markets stakeholders.
  • Proven experience delivering capital-intensive, regulated infrastructure projects at scale; nuclear energy or power generation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success overseeing significant capital formation, including equity financing, project finance, and structured debt.
  • Strong track record working with boards of directors, regulators, and institutional investors.
  • Experience building executive leadership teams and scaling organizations through significant growth and transformation.
  • Exceptional strategic, financial, commercial, and operational leadership capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary
  • Annual Performance Bonus: Additional incentive compensation tied to company and individual performance.
  • Equity Compensation: Multimillion-dollar equity package offering significant potential long-term upside.

Leadership Expectations: The successful candidate will combine strategic vision, financial discipline, commercial leadership, and operational execution to scale a complex infrastructure platform. This individual must be capable of navigating public-market expectations, securing strategic partnerships, attracting institutional capital, and delivering sustainable long-term growth while maintaining the highest standards of governance, safety, and integrity.
