Its services include commercial construction, tenant improvement, operations maintenance, and the design integration, installation, and maintenance of low-voltage systems such as fire alarm, security, and audio-visual solutions.

Working closely with the Board and senior leadership team, this executive will set the organization’s long-term direction and translate it into actionable growth, financial, operational, and organizational priorities.
The successful candidate will be a strategic and people-focused executive capable of leading a complex, multi-location organization, strengthening an employee-owned culture, developing senior leaders, managing risk, and cultivating relationships that create new business and strategic opportunities.
