Job summary

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of executive or senior leadership with accountability for people, budgets, strategy, and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, reporting and controls.
  • Experience with boards and translating governance priorities into execution.
  • Track record in fundraising, revenue growth, and external partnerships.

As CEO, you will:
  • Set strategy and lead day-to-day operations for a lean, mission-driven organization

What we're looking for:

An executive with strong financial and operational judgment, a mature Christian faith, and a genuine commitment to the sanctity of human life, who wants to have hands-on leadership, not a distant title.

Ideal Candidate:

This is a role for a leader who wants to turn conviction into direct, visible impact, within a community where relationships still mean everything.

  • 8+ years of progressively responsible executive or senior leadership experience with accountability for people, budgets, strategy, operations, and organizational performance; 5+ years leading managers, departments, multiple programs, or a complex organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Leadership, Public Administration, Ministry, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and substantial executive experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial reporting, internal controls, and interpretation of financial statements.
  • Proven success working with a Board of Directors and translating governance priorities into disciplined organizational execution.
  • Track record of strategic planning, organizational change, performance management, fundraising/revenue growth, and external partnership development.
  • Executive presence, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, resilience, discretion, courage in conflict, and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent written, verbal, public-speaking, interpersonal, and crisis-communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, community health, medical clinics, nonprofit services, education, ministry, or another regulated and mission-driven environment is strongly preferred.
