Responsibilities

St. Francis Medical Center in Evanston, IL is looking for their next Chief Executive Officer. You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day hospital operations as well as the strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination, and control of activities within patient care, clinical, and clinical support service areas. You will work collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner. You will plan and direct the short- and long-range objectives/goals of the organization to meet its financial and non-financial targets. Ensuring synergy between people, processes, and strategies to achieve business objectives is essential. You will attract, train, develop, and retain talent to meet business needs. You will also drive revenue growth by developing new business strategies to improve overall performance. Effective communication of key information to stakeholders is crucial. Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training

Required qualifications include:

  1. Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
  3. Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing.
  4. Demonstrates community commitment.
  5. Ability to lead at all levels of management.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months and maintain it biennially.

Prime Healthcare offers a competitive total rewards package that includes paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $250,000.00 to $350,000.00, which considers wages, benefits, and other compensation factors. The final starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
