You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day hospital operations as well as strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination, and control of activities within patient care, clinical, and support service areas. You will work collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure quality patient care is delivered cost-effectively. You will plan and direct the hospital's short- and long-term objectives to meet financial and non-financial goals. Ensuring synergy between people, processes, and strategies to achieve business objectives is essential. You will attract, train, develop, and retain talent to meet business needs. You will drive revenue growth through developing new strategies to improve performance. Effective communication with stakeholders is vital.
