Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including at least 5 years at a senior or executive level in a public, private, or nonprofit organization.
• Experience leading a complex organization with financial performance responsibility and building senior teams.
• Experience working with governing boards or in nonprofit governance or multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Knowledge of workforce development, economic development, entrepreneurship, and CNM's mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNM Ingenuity's strategic vision and multi-year plan in partnership with the Board.
• Oversee the organization’s structure, policies, and practices to diversify revenues.
• Oversee contracts, investment funds, and real estate portfolios to support mission goals.
• Represent CNM Ingenuity with credibility at local, state, and national levels.
