Job summary

The National Inventors Hall of Fame seeks a visionary Vice President of Education & Program Development to lead strategy, development, and expansion of its educational portfolio, including curricula and professional learning experiences. You will drive national impact and sustainable growth.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will guide data-informed evaluation, forge district partnerships, and align educational offerings with mission-driven goals while collaborating with Sales,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Education, Learning Sciences, STEM/STEAM Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in K-12 education, educational products, curriculum development, STEM education, museum education, or nonprofit education.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale educational programs and teams.
• Experience developing revenue-generating educational products or programs.
• Strong understanding of district decision-making and educational policy.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-range vision for NIHF's education portfolio and lead strategic planning for expansion.
• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of curricula, programs, and experiences.
• Build cross-functional innovation pipelines from concept to national implementation.
• Lead research, partnerships, and evaluation to position NIHF as a national leader in invention education.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to scale offerings and ensure program fidelity.
• Drive fundraising alignment and cultivate foundation, corporate, and government partners.
• Represent NIHF at national conferences and industry events.
