Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Extensive senior-level leadership experience with a proven record of organizational growth and performance.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Strong financial, operational, and business acumen.
• Experience leading senior-level teams and cross-functional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s strategic vision and long-term business objectives.
• Establish priorities and initiatives that support sustainable growth and organizational performance.
• Evaluate business opportunities, market conditions, and emerging trends to guide executive decision-making.
• Provide leadership across key business functions and ensure effective execution of organizational goals.
• Establish operational standards, performance expectations, and accountability measures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
• Oversee organizational financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation in partnership with senior leadership.
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure business objectives are being achieved.
• Make informed decisions regarding investments, costs, and strategic priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and high-performing teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear expectations and ensure alignment across departments.
