Qualifications

• Leadership experience in nonprofit management or related field
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting and reporting
• Exceptional fundraising and development experience with major gifts, grants, and diverse sources
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience working with boards of directors and nonprofit governance principles

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to advance the organization’s mission and goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with the vision and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring efficient delivery of programs and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with board, staff, donors, community partners, and other stakeholders.
• Lead fundraising initiatives and resource development, cultivate donors, and prepare grant proposals and reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies; maintain governance practices.
• Monitor and evaluate organizational performance and drive quality improvement.
• Foster a positive culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
