Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in executive communications, speechwriting, or corporate communications.
• Proven track record writing for C-suite or senior executives in high-visibility environments.
• Exceptional writing skills with adaptable tone and voice for different audiences.
• Experience creating and refining executive-level presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar).
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple executives, events, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write speeches, keynote remarks, talking points, and statements for the CEO and executive team.
• Own and protect a consistent executive voice across external communications.
• Partner with executives to translate intent into clear, compelling remarks.
