Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or terminal degree preferred for the role.
• Experience in ethics/compliance, investigations, risk management, or higher education governance is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the university’s ethics and compliance program.
• Lead risk assessments, policy development, and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate investigations of discrimination, harassment, and other compliance concerns.
• Serve as liaison with System ethics offices, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee EthicsPoint hotline and reporting mechanisms.
