Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Ten years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or legal roles; preferably in a large and complex organization.
• Professional certification in compliance (CCEP/CRCM/CRCMP) or ability to obtain within one year; or equivalent mix of education and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the university-wide compliance program and related policies.
• Conduct annual risk assessments and develop work plans for approval.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on program effectiveness to senior management and the board.
