Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil estimating.

• Proficiency in estimating software: AGTEK or HCSS highly preferred.

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope.
• Lead all aspects of the estimating process for heavy civil construction projects.
• Solicit and review subcontractor bids.
• Evaluate alternative construction methods and value engineering options.
• Present estimates, schedules, and value engineering recommendations to Executive Leadership Team.
• Partner with operations to ensure seamless project handoff.
• Oversee and orchestrate the work of estimating team members.
