Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. in Berwyn, PA, seeks a Head of Enterprise Data & Analytics to lead the modernization of the company\'s data foundation and governance.

You will own the enterprise data & intelligence layer and drive AI enablement in a decentralized operating model, reporting to the CIO. This role leads the data strategy, architecture, and analytics delivery across divisions, guiding ERP consolidations (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle) and establishing a centralized, governed data platform.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise data, analytics, or digital transformation roles.
Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms in complex, decentralized organizations.
Hands-on leadership experience with ERP-adjacent analytics (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to establish enterprise data governance and KPI standards across autonomous business units.
Strong executive communication skills, including board and CEO level presentations and value articulation.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise data & analytics strategy aligned with ERP consolidation and operating model.
Lead platform and architecture efforts for the enterprise lakehouse and related data sources.
Govern data governance, taxonomy definitions, and KPI standardization across divisions.
Oversee analytics delivery with measurable business value and ROI across the enterprise.
Build and lead a federated analytics organization with matrix leadership across divisions.
