Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks a senior leader to shape and advance the enterprise clinical AI and technology agenda. This executive will partner across clinical, technology, data, operations, and legal teams to translate priorities into scalable AI-enabled solutions that improve quality, affordability, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience designing or leading AI, ML, automation, or advanced analytics solutions in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and translating needs into scalable tech-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise clinical AI and technology strategies to advance clinical quality, affordability, and outcomes.
• Serve as a senior clinical and strategic advisor to leaders across multiple functions.
• Oversee design of AI solutions: workflow automation, care management, decision support, and clinician tools.
• Apply human-centered design to ensure AI capabilities align with workflows and regulatory expectations.
• Partner with product, data, operations, legal, privacy, and business teams to move initiatives from concept to scale.
• Develop business cases, impact models, KPIs, and performance management for AI initiatives.
• Establish governance and executive reporting to manage progress and risks.
• Build and develop a high-performing team responsible for clinical AI strategy and execution.
• Create executive communications and decision documents to drive actions.
