Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, business, public administration/policy, or related field.
• Minimum of four years of higher education experience at the Director level or above.
• Commitment to student success and educational excellence.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment, enrollment, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for SEM plans covering recruitment, admissions, financial aid optimization, onboarding, retention, and completion strategies.
• Oversee Student Enrollment Services operations (Admissions, Registrar, Records, Registration, etc.).
• Develop enrollment projections, dashboards, and performance metrics for planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative leadership to align offerings with enrollment goals.
• Drive strategies for stop-out recovery and re-enrollment to improve persistence.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA and related regulations.
