The AVP will build enrollment strategies, oversee recruitment, onboarding, advising, and persistence programs, and partner across academic programs, finance, and compliance. The role emphasizes equity, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional leadership across student services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education or related field.
• Seven+ years of leadership in higher education, enrollment management, or student affairs.
• Success building enrollment pipelines and partnerships across the student lifecycle.
• Experience supervising staff, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated use of data to prioritize, assess effectiveness, and improve outcomes.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, accessibility, belonging, and student-centered practice.

Responsibilities

• Set institution-wide enrollment strategy, goals, and priorities.
• Direct the integrated prospective-student journey from inquiry through enrollment.
• Oversee student-success strategy spanning enrollment, orientation, advising, accessibility, engagement, career development, commencement, and alumni relations.
• Provide executive oversight for student conduct, nonacademic grievances, and crisis response.
• Partner with faculty, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Technology to align strategies and processes.
• Represent Erikson externally in senior-level professional and partnership settings.
