Qualifications

• Extensive senior level leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, or related areas within higher education.
• Proven track record developing institution-wide strategic enrollment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead change and collaborate across divisions in a large, complex university.
• Doctorate in Education or Higher Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a comprehensive Strategic Enrollment plan with clearly defined goals, metrics, and accountability structures.
• Provide executive oversight of all enrollment management and student support functions to drive persistence and degree completion.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Marketing, IT, and Finance to align enrollment goals with program demand.
• Oversee offices: Recruitment, Undergraduate, Graduate, and International Admissions, Registrar, Enrollment Services Center, International Student Services, and Transfer Student Services.
• Develop plans for recruitment and retention of international students.
