- Define and execute the company's engineering and technology strategy.
- Partner with Product, Program, Operations, Quality, and executive leadership.
- Ensure engineering processes enable certification and deliver high-quality, certifiable aerospace products.
- Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, tools, and capabilities.
