Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Ocean).
• 15+ years of engineering experience in subsea maritime programs or electro‑mechanical systems delivery.
• 10+ years in a leadership role guiding engineering teams.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership across the entire project/program to deliver critical undersea systems.
• Lead and mentor the program engineering team and ensure alignment with systems engineering practices.
• Manage engineering resources and authority to meet contractual requirements.
