Qualifications

• Eight+ years of maritime or food manufacturing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial ammonia refrigeration.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to manage teams of employees.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the functionality and safety of the facility, including the buildings, equipment and systems.
• Leads capital projects with scheduling, budgeting and regulatory compliance.
• Confer with management to determine engineering feasibility and cost for projects.
• Oversees utilities performance and operation standards; resolves issues with appropriate solutions.
• Directs documentation for energy management, preventative maintenance and process safety programs.
