Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of supervisory or lead mechanic experience in a hotel or related field.
• Demonstrated general mechanical skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and appealing property by performing routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, laundry equipment and other systems.
• Maintain work order boards and follow up on all requests, communicating status to guests or departments.
• Evaluate and select reliable vendors offering good value and service quality.
• Supervise on-site Maintenance Assistant including interviewing, training, and performance management.
