Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a strong technical leader to spearhead new aircraft capabilities, owning development from concept to flight test. You’ll set objectives, build teams, and deliver production-ready designs on a rapid timeline while balancing risk and execution speed.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across aerodynamics, structures, GNC, propulsion, avionics, and software, ensuring airworthiness and safety for military flight releases with DoD program experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a chief engineer or IPT lead on DoD or advanced air programs.
• Strong multi-disciplinary leadership across aerodynamics, structures, GNC, propulsion, and avionics.
• Experience taking aircraft systems from design through flight test and into production.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of aircraft programs across design, build, and test.
• Oversee prototype build, integration, and field testing activities.
• Plan and manage comprehensive test campaigns, including ground and flight tests.
• Guide system design and architecture for high survivability and mission systems.
• Ensure airworthiness, safety, and readiness for production transition.
