Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience managing a large engineering team.
• Experience executing development programs in an agile environment.
• Ability to effectively brief Leidos and NASA senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering across all AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
• Build relationships with NASA and Leidos leadership to ensure alignment with agency priorities.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and translation of objectives into actionable plans and milestones.
• Ensure engineering work aligns with long-term organizational goals.
• Provide leadership across networks, security, architecture, and operations to mitigate risks.
