CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a Full-Time Chief Engineer for Ka'anapali Ali'i in Lahaina, Hawaii. You will supervise maintenance of owner units, common areas, and central systems to ensure guest and homeowner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is the minimum educational requirement.
• Five+ years as Chief Engineer in a major hotel or 1+ year as Assistant Chief Engineer in a similar hotel.
• Hospitality industry supervisory experience is preferred; knowledge of trades in hotel settings.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and repair of owner units, common areas and central systems.
• Ensure guest/homeowner satisfaction and safety while managing work orders and preventive maintenance.
