Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel or building management experience.
• Experience opening hotels preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Direct maintenance of hotel facilities, systems and equipment.
• Lead safety inspections and staff training on safety procedures.
• Plan and control maintenance budgets and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with corporate maintenance on remodeling projects.
