Job summary

RealmOne seeks a Level 0-3 System Engineer to analyze user requirements, develop system requirements specifications, and lead design and integration in a world-wide Enterprise IT environment. The role demands coordinating across DoDAF-aligned architectures, SOA concepts, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver production systems.

A strong background in system engineering documentation and requirements allocation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (or 5 years experience in lieu of degree).
• Experience in systems engineering for DoD/DoDAF environments.
• Ability to lead design, development, and integration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities; provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Coordinate resolution of actions from reviews and ensure cross-discipline coordination.
