Dimension Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead the hotel’s maintenance and engineering teams, ensuring safe, reliable, and well-maintained operations for guests and staff. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, manage budgets, mentor staff, and coordinate with leadership to sustain excellent guest experiences and property performance.

Qualifications

• Previous engineering or maintenance leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Organized, dependable, and safety focused.
• Able to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving. Comfortable working hands on and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
