Dimension Hospitality is seeking a hands-on technical leader to support engineering operations and supervise maintenance staff in a Boca Raton environment. You will assist in supervising engineering operations, maintaining essential building systems, and coordinating preventive maintenance programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, troubleshooting, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring safety and reliability of facilities and services.

Qualifications

• Previous engineering or maintenance leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Organized, dependable, and safety focused.
• Able to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Comfortable working hands on and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
