Job summary

DIMENSION MASTER in San Jose, CA is seeking a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance department and oversee all building systems, equipment, and property upkeep, ensuring safety, preventive maintenance, and reliable operation across the hotel.

You will supervise maintenance professionals, manage daily repairs, schedules, and budgets, coordinate with hotel leadership, and drive continuous improvement to guest satisfaction and hotel performance while maintaining a clean, safe work

Qualifications

• Engineering/maintenance leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
