Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance department and oversee all building systems, equipment, and property upkeep. You will ensure safety, preventive maintenance, and repair standards while supervising a team of maintenance professionals.

In this role you will manage daily repairs, preventive schedules, and budgeting, ensuring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems operate reliably and safely for guests and staff.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance and engineering team
• Oversee daily repairs, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules

• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Manage department budgeting, inventory, and vendor relationships

• Coordinate effectively with hotel leadership and all departments
