Job summary

Holiday Inn Downtown Omaha Waterpark seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance team and keep the hotel, guest rooms, and waterpark in top condition.

The ideal candidate will hold a CPO certification, have hotel maintenance experience, and confidently supervise a team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safe, compliant operations, including weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
• Hotel maintenance experience required.
• Working knowledge of drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs required.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team required.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Availability to respond to urgent maintenance needs, including weekends when necessary.
