Peregrine TH Management, LLC seeks a Chief Engineer to lead maintenance and safety operations at our Los Gatos hotel. This hands-on leadership role combines repairs with oversight of building systems, vendors, and compliance to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
The Chief Engineer will oversee preventive maintenance, manage service contracts, respond to emergencies, and supervise the engineering team while supporting capital projects and life-safety standards.
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and physical operation of the hotel. This is a working leadership role that combines hands-on maintenance with oversight of building systems, vendors, and compliance. The Chief Engineer ensures the property is safe, well-maintained, and operates efficiently to support an exceptional guest experience.
