The Chief Engineer role at TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC oversees the hotel’s physical infrastructure, directing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural maintenance to ensure a safe, reliable guest experience.

Leading a maintenance team, you will set preventive programs, monitor safety compliance, coordinate with other departments, manage budgets, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional service to guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as Hotel Chief Engineer.
• Strong leadership and guest-service skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural systems.
• Ability to enforce safety policies and MSDS/OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Engineering Department and building systems maintenance.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and schedules.

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the hotel’s physical infrastructure. This role includes overseeing the repair, maintenance, and improvement of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural elements. The Chief Engineer ensures compliance with safety regulations and standards, manages a team of maintenance staff, and coordinates with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience.
