Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical systems.
• Ownership of complex electrical scope from design through deployment.
• Experience managing large electrical budgets and/or margin performance.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, grounding and bonding, and power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end electrical scope for the hyperscale product line.
• Influence electrical architecture, distribution strategy, and redundancy approach.
• Ensure alignment between product intent, manufacturability, and field performance.
• Drive standardization and repeatability across deployments.
• Build and lead a dedicated electrical team and establish operating rhythms.
