Responsibilities

• Define the aims, scope, priorities and formats for the journal to remain impactful and broadly appealing.
• Manage the in-house editorial team and oversee rigorous evaluation of submissions.
• Leverage a global network to attract world-leading article submissions.
• Travel to engage with the global research community and build networks.
• Collaborate with Cell Press operations, marketing and press teams; contribute to publishing strategy.
