Job summary

Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an Executive Director to lead DevSecOps platforms and engineering tools across the software delivery lifecycle. The role focuses on modernizing platforms, improving developer experience, and enforcing secure, automated delivery across enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise DevSecOps, platform engineering, or software tooling teams.
• Proven modernization and operation of business-critical engineering platforms at scale.
• Strong understanding of source control, CI/CD, artifacts, and secure delivery controls.
• Experience with governance, production support, and budget/vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmaps for DevSecOps platforms and engineering tools.
• Lead reusable pipelines, integrations, and self-service workflows for delivery.
• Embed security policies into platforms and automate governance over tooling.
• Own operating health, SLAs, incident management, and cost visibility.
• Foster developer experience, onboarding, and adoption of platform services.
• Lead engineering managers, plan budgets, and communicate value to leadership.
