• Bachelor’s Degree with six years of related professional work experience or Master’s Degree with four years of related professional work experience.
• Experience in development, prospect management and research, strategic planning and data management including one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategy aligned with university priorities.
• Lead a large team of Directors of Development, providing coaching and talent development.
• Oversee portfolio management, prospect strategy and campaign execution.
• Serve as a senior frontline fundraiser and trusted advisor on complex initiatives.
