Job summary

The University of Georgia's Georgia 4-H Foundation seeks an Executive Director to lead fundraising and development efforts, including major gifts, annual giving, and capital campaigns. You will collaborate with state leadership and the Foundation Board to set priorities, supervise staff, and cultivate donor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing major gifts and capital campaigns is preferred.
• Ability to develop fundraising priorities and plans.

Responsibilities

• Design fundraising strategies to meet annual and long-term needs for Georgia 4-H.
• Manage a portfolio of major gifts and solicit prospects.
• Prepare proposals and donor communications; document activities in the giving database.
