Job summary

The University of Georgia's Georgia 4-H Foundation seeks an Executive Director to lead fundraising and development efforts, including major gifts, annual giving, and capital campaigns. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 10 years of professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing major gifts and capital campaigns is preferred.
  • Ability to develop fundraising priorities and plans.

Responsibilities

  • Design fundraising strategies to meet annual and long-term needs for Georgia 4-H.
  • Manage a portfolio of major gifts and solicit prospects.
  • Prepare proposals and donor communications; document activities in the giving database.
