Job Overview

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is a core strategic role within the company's management team, responsible for overall business development, market growth strategy, and innovation direction. This role directly drives the company's long‑term growth in the financial and digital asset sectors, builds a global business footprint, explores new revenue streams, and creates an efficient, robust, and sustainable growth engine.
