Job summary

thread seeks an accomplished Chief Development and Marketing Officer in Alaska with 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising/advancement. You will lead Marketing, Communications, Public Policy and Fund Development, partnering with CEO and senior staff to expand impact and ensure mission alignment.

You will drive revenue, manage donor relationships, oversee brand and communications, and advance policy advocacy while building scalable programs and teams.

Qualifications

• BA in a relevant field; MA/MS preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in nonprofit fundraising/advancement.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and donor relationships.
• Experience with grant management and program oversight.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and design software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define goals with CEO and leadership to shape strategy.
• Lead Marketing, Public Policy and Fund Development teams.
• Build partnerships with media, donors and policymakers.
• Establish performance measures and monitor results.
• Oversee brand, communications and fundraising activities.
