His House Children's Home seeks a Chief Development Officer to lead fundraising and development efforts, cultivating donors and community partnerships in support of the organization’s mission in Florida.

The CDO will drive growth through strategic planning, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with the executive team to ensure long-term sustainability and impactful programs for the children and families served.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of fundraising, development, philanthropy, or nonprofit advancement.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for securing and expanding philanthropic resources.
• Lead fundraising and development strategies and donor cultivation.
• Oversee marketing, communications, grants, and volunteer engagement to strengthen financial support and sustainability.
• Collaborate with CEO and Board to advance organizational priorities and investments in children and families served.
