ICA Fund seeks an entrepreneurial, strategic Chief Development and Communications Officer to build capital, visibility, and market presence. You will craft the enterprise-capital narrative, lead an integrated development and communications function, and drive fundraising at scale with autonomy and execution discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in nonprofit development, fundraising, and/or communications with executive leadership.
• Experience building and executing capital campaigns or enterprise fundraising strategies.
• Proven track record in cultivating high-net-worth individuals and institutional funders.
• Ability to translate strategy into a long-term fundraising narrative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated development, marketing, and communications strategy.
• Build a compelling enterprise-capital investment thesis to articulate capital needs and impact.
• Lead a diversified fundraising portfolio including major gifts, foundations, and partnerships.
• Set fundraising goals, metrics, and accountability mechanisms.
• Design and manage a rigorous pipeline, identification, cultivation, and solicitation strategies.
• Structure gift levels and campaign phasing with CEO and Board involvement.
• Oversee infrastructure to support enhanced development capacity and systems.
