Job summary

Partnership for Families, Children and Adults is seeking a Chief Development & Communication Officer in Chattanooga, TN. The role leads development, fundraising, and communications with a donor-centered approach to diversify revenue and strengthen partnerships.

You will supervise staff, manage major gifts, and guide branding and communications campaigns. The CDCO will serve as a spokesperson, coordinate media outreach, and develop annual plans that align with the mission and ethics of the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, marketing, or related field is required.
Minimum of ten years in nonprofit fundraising with multi-year campaigns and annual giving.
Minimum of three years of direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement development, fundraising, and communications strategies.
Cultivate and steward donor relationships with individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
Oversee annual marketing and communications plans to build a strong brand.
Serve as spokesperson, coordinate media and public relations inquiries.
