The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians seek a Dental Director to lead and manage the tribal dental program in Siletz, Oregon. The role entails overseeing staff, budgeting, treatment planning, and adherence to clinical standards across restorative, endodontic, surgical and preventive care.

Responsibilities include reporting to Tribal Council and Health Director, coordinating program activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
• Experience with standard and moderately complex dental treatment and clinic operations.
• Proficiency with dental software including Dentrix and Romexis, and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the dental program and staff.
• Ensure proper infection control, scheduling, billing and budgeting.
• Monitor production and accounts receivable; ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide comprehensive dental treatment across procedures and radiology.
• Submit required reports to Tribal authorities and participate in clinical meetings.
