Job summary

Eskaton seeks a Chief Data and Technology Officer (CDTO) to lead the enterprise digital, data, AI, integration and technology-enabled transformation. This senior role reports to the President & CEO and collaborates with the Senior Team to align strategy with operations and resident experience.

The CDTO will embed core values, foster a high-performance culture, and guide the organization through a scalable technology roadmap, governance, and measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive leadership across digital strategy, enterprise technology and data/analytics.
• Experience with enterprise data governance, analytics, integration and responsible AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or executive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital experience roadmap, standards and co-design with residents and staff.
• Govern data governance, quality, privacy, architecture and common definitions; enable dashboards and predictive insights.
• Lead responsible AI initiatives with guardrails for privacy, ethics and risk.
• Establish enterprise integration roadmaps across resident, clinical, workforce, finance and ops systems.
• Drive organizational transformation with change management and accountability.
