Job summary

Eskaton is seeking a Chief Data and Technology Officer to lead its enterprise digital, data, AI, integration and transformation agenda. Reporting to the President & CEO, this role aligns strategy with people, operations and technology to simplify Eskaton’s work and scale growth.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive leadership across digital strategy, enterprise technology, data/analytics, integration and transformation.
• Experience with enterprise data governance, analytics, integration and responsible AI; healthcare or multi-site service environment preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen; experience evaluating investments, vendors and risk with executive exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent executive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the multiyear digital roadmap and governance standards; co-design with residents and leaders.
• Govern data governance, architecture, dashboards, analytics and predictive insights.
• Lead enterprise transformation and disciplined innovation for scalable growth.
• Provide executive leadership for technology strategy, platforms, cybersecurity, privacy and vendor performance.
