Zusammenfassung

Colorado Access seeks a Vice President of Data & Technology to shape the roadmap and lead four technology departments, driving architecture, cybersecurity, and data interoperability aligned with our mission to improve Colorado’s health outcomes.

You will manage executive-level initiatives, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance while guiding digital enablement and responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years IT, data, and cybersecurity leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multiple technology functions at director level or above.
• Health plan, managed care, or Medicaid experience preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Experience stabilizing core health plan systems (enrollment, billing, claims).

Aufgaben

• Translate enterprise direction into a multi-year technology roadmap and own delivery of reliable working systems.
• Provide executive leadership for Digital Platforms, Infrastructure & Security, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Set the architecture, cloud, and cybersecurity roadmap that retires technical debt while sustaining service reliability.
• Own the enterprise cybersecurity program, including risk management, incident response, and business continuity, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Stabilize core health plan platforms (enrollment, billing, claims) to support clean operations across all lines of business.
• Direct enterprise data strategy, data services, analytics, and interoperability to inform priorities and measure performance.
