Invitation Homes in Seattle, WA is seeking a diligent Rehab and Turn Project Manager to lead move-out to move-in turnovers across our rental homes. You will coordinate inspections, scopes of work, and cost tracking while partnering with contractors to meet timelines and budgets.
You will oversee safety at job sites, negotiate repairs with vendors, and document progress with photos and notes, ensuring compliance with company standards and quality expectations for residents.

The salary range for this position is: $57,862.50 - $100,295.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
